B2B Trade Account Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all approved trade account holders of Substrate Solutions Pro (“we”, “us”, “our”). By registering for or using a trade account, you agree to the following terms.

1. Eligibility

Trade accounts are available to ABN-registered businesses, print shops, decorators, and resellers. We reserve the right to approve or decline any trade account application at our discretion.

2. Pricing Tiers

Approved trade account holders are assigned to one of two pricing tiers based on monthly spend:

  • Trade Member — 10% discount on eligible products. Available to all approved trade account holders.
  • Pro Account — 20% discount on eligible products. Automatically applied when a Trade Member spends $1,000 or more in a calendar month.

3. Tier Upgrades & Downgrades

  • Accounts are reviewed automatically at the start of each month.
  • Trade Members who spend $1,000 or more in a calendar month will be automatically upgraded to Pro Account status.
  • Pro Account holders who spend less than $1,500 in a calendar month will be automatically returned to Trade Member status.
  • You will be notified by email when your tier changes.

4. Pricing & Products

Trade pricing applies to eligible products only (currently sublimation gang sheets). Pricing is subject to change with reasonable notice. Trade discounts cannot be combined with other promotional discounts unless otherwise stated.

5. Payment

All orders must be paid in full at checkout. We do not currently offer invoice or net payment terms.

6. Returns & Refunds

As our products are custom-printed to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is faulty or incorrectly produced. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if there is an issue.

7. Account Conduct

Trade accounts are for business use only. Resale of products is permitted. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any trade account that misuses trade pricing or violates these terms.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of your trade account after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
